Wire Transfer Services Specialist
Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Supports all Pinnacle Bancorp Banks on incoming and outgoing wires. Keeps accurate records of wire contracts and/or agreements. Assist internal and external customers as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provide customer service and support for external and internal customers regarding inquires and problem resolution.
- Completes daily wire transactions for all Charters.
- Reviews and processes customer wire contracts for all Charters.
- Various other duties as assigned by management.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Wire Transfer and Fiserv preferred.
- Knowledge of windows-based programs on either an IBM or Macintosh Computer.
- Skill in good customer service and telephone courtesy.
- Ability to work under pressure and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities including reconcilement, verification, and computer input.
- Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School or equivalent
- Accounting and bank experience are preferred.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
