Can I use ATMs for free?

You can use any Pinnacle Bank or Bank of Colorado ATM for FREE. Transactions at foreign ATMs are subject to fees, depending on the ATM provider.

Do I have to put down a minimum deposit?

All checking accounts require a minimum opening deposit of $100

How do I avoid overdraft fees?

Talk with your local commercial lender to arrange for an operating line of credit or an automatic sweep from another Pinnacle Bank account.

How do I reconcile my checking account?

It's a good idea to keep a check register and record your transactions as you spend. We'll send you a monthly statement which you can use to compare to your register and update your checking balance. Many businesses make use of accounting software such as Quickbooks, Netsuite or Xero to track business expenditures.

Is online or mobile banking offered?

Online and mobile banking are available FREE of charge.

Is there a minimum balance requirement?

Yes, our savings accounts do require a minimum balance to avoid a fee.

Is there a monthly maintenance fee?

Fees are dependent upon the account opened. Some accounts have a maintenance fee, depending upon the minimum balance or services requested.

What is the difference between a checking account and a savings account?

A checking account is used for everyday purchases and business operations spending. A savings account is used to set money aside for larger purchases or business emergencies and should not be used for everyday transactions.
