Owen is originally from Fort Collins, CO and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics. He moved to Arizona shortly after being offered the opportunity to join Pinnacle Bank as a Management Associate in the Phoenix market. The program exposed Arkin to all areas of commercial and private banking. Owen currently serves as a Commercial Loan Officer and Credit Analyst. He is also an MBA candidate at the University of Arizona and is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) AZ.

Jasmine is an Arizona native, who grew up in Colorado and graduated from the Colorado State University College of Business. She has held a variety of positions at Bank of Colorado/Pinnacle Bank. Most recently she completed the Management Associate Program in Windsor, CO before making the move back to her home state to join the Prescott, AZ team as a Business Development Officer helping underwrite and originate commercial loans.

Jasmine has dedicated her professional career to banking and helping customers in the communities she has been a part of since joining the bank in 2020. In her free time, you can find her hiking or running with her Boxer dog named Kenai and working on her golf swing.

Grayden Guilford Joined Pinnacle Bank in early 2019 in Fort Collins, CO. Grayden helped lead the Bank's efforts to support struggling businesses through the PPP lending program, facilitating over 700MM in assistance. Shortly after, Grayden joined the team in Prescott, AZ. As a commercial lender, Grayden specializes in financing purchases, refinances, and construction of:

Grayden is a graduate of Colorado State University, likes to stay active in the community with Prescott's local Rotary Club, and in his free time you'll find him mountain biking or working on his golf swing.

An Arizona native, Mason Heffelman joined Pinnacle Bank as Market President of Scottsdale, AZ in 2021. Mason has 20 years of banking experience in the Phoenix market. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western New Mexico University and earned his MBA from Grand Canyon University. He and his wife, Melanie, are the proud parents of two children and enjoy being active members of the community.

Wendy Pettay knows that trust doesn't happen overnight; it's achieved by a history of positive experiences, which is what she strives for. She is the Branch Manager in Flagstaff's Pinnacle Bank branch. She brings with her over 10 years in the banking industry with a past that ranges from a small credit union to large corporate banks.

Wendy is driven by helping people to feel confident in their financial institution and having that personal local feel. She takes pride in doing right by people and finding solutions they are comfortable and satisfied with. Wendy is a lifelong Flagstaff resident who enjoys everything outdoors with her family including camping, hunting and boating.

Mark brings over 22 years of management and lending experience to the greater Verde Valley. He holds a graduate diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western International University. He is also an Independent Community Bankers Association's Certified Commercial Loan Officer. Mark believes in developing strong relationships with existing clients and enjoys finding financial solutions for new customers. Mark enjoys serving the communities that he works in by coaching youth sports, supporting the FFA animal auction, and board membership for local nonprofit organizations.

Grant Williams is the Financial Adviser for Pinnacle Bank Investment Services covering the Scottsdale, Prescott and Flagstaff markets. He has 15 years of industry experience with a certification as a Certified Wealth Strategist. Grant works with individuals, businesses, and high net-worth families to listen to each of their unique situations and put together financial plans that encompass all of their financial goals. He has made a career out of being approachable and great communication with his clients.

Grant has worked in many different roles within the financial industry and is well rounded in regard to looking at client’s whole financial picture. He partners with his clients to build a goal based financial plan to help clients envision their future with confidence so they can enjoy life and retirement. He wants clients to use him as a resource for any financial discussions or needs so he can help navigate and educate clients on possible solutions.

Grant was born in the mountains of Colorado and grew up in the town of Fort Collins. He went to school at the University of Kansas for 3 years and finished at University of Louisville. He played baseball at both universities and for a couple years after that. Baseball brought him out to Arizona and once finished, decided to stay. He now lives in Phoenix with his wife Sarah and two boys Tate and Burke. In his free time Grant enjoys running, exercising, playing golf and watching his sons play sports.
